The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and eating utensils and includes a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, gas stove, and laundry in the basement. There is cable and internet is available for your laptop.
Rent is $225 per night with a two night minimum and two person maximum, although I might consider another person or two for an extra fee (pull-out couch). There is a security/key deposit and absolutely no pets, smoking or partying. I will also consider weekly rentals depending on my schedule: a $50 cleaning fee will to all weekly rentals.
Payment options include paypal (fees apply 3% US, 4% international) cash, bank check, or money order. Payment by personal check is possible as long as the check clears prior to the date that you wish to occupy the premises.
