Greenwich Village/Soho border 9th floor one-bedroom apartment in an elevator/doorman building overlooking a garden: It is ideal for a couple. The apartment is about 800 sq. ft. It has hot air heat and air conditioning, but there is no telephone service. You need to bring your own cell (reception is good).
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and eating utensils and includes a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, gas stove, and laundry in the basement. There is cable and internet is available for your laptop.
Rent is $225 per night with a two night minimum and two person maximum, although I might consider another person or two for an extra fee (pull-out couch). There is a security/key deposit and absolutely no pets, smoking or partying. I will also consider weekly rentals depending on my schedule: a $50 cleaning fee will to all weekly rentals.
Payment options include paypal (fees apply 3% US, 4% international) cash, bank check, or money order. Payment by personal check is possible as long as the check clears prior to the date that you wish to occupy the premises. The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival, but there is no regular servicing during your stay. You must leave it clean and neat at the end of your occupancy, but I do not expect you to wash sheets or towels or change linen, etc. Email me for photos the apartment.
