I do Art-Direction assignments in Philadelphia and elsewhere, so I often don't use my apartment in Manhattan.
This apartment is located on 7th Street between 1st Avenue and Avenue A in the heart of the East Village: Manhattan. The apartment was gut-renovated this summer, so everything is brand-new.
This neighborhood could not be more ideal! On this very block there must be a half-dozen specialty fashion boutiques, several trendy hair salons, a cupcake shop (yum!), Chocolate Bar, several outstanding restaurants and bars/lounges, The Turntable Lab, vintage shopping & more. The historic Tompkins Square Park is right around the corner, as is an almost infinite amount of more great shopping, food, drink and live music.
Apartment amenities include Time Warner Cable/HBO/DVR, DVD player, High-speed Internet, a bathroom equipped with Apple dock/sound-system for disco showers ;)... & a separate kitchen with brand-new appliances.
